- 3Pay by card, PayPal, bank transfer or mobile money.
- 4Your e-ticket arrives by email and WhatsApp once the airline confirms.
Visas
- 1Read the requirements for your destination — fees and timings are on the page.
- 2Apply online and upload your documents, or bring them to us.
- 3We check everything, complete the forms and lodge your application.
- 4Track it online and get an SMS or WhatsApp message at every step.
Tours
- 1Pick a tour and one of its fixed departure dates.
- 2Say how many are travelling and pay to secure your places.
- 3We send your full trip pack: hotels, transfers, what to bring.
- 4A local partner looks after you on the ground; we stay reachable throughout.
Prices
Every price on this site is the total you pay, shown in your country's currency. For visas we show the government fee and our service fee separately. For flights, the price includes the airline fare, taxes and our service fee. For tours, the price per person includes what is listed under "Included" on the tour page.
Payments
You can pay by mobile money (MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money in Cameroon; other networks are being added), by card, by PayPal or by bank transfer. You receive a receipt by email straight away, and you can download invoices from your booking page.
Keeping you informed
Every booking and application has a tracking page. We also send updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp when something changes — and a reminder the day before you travel.
When plans change
Changes and cancellations follow our refund policy and, for flights, the airline's fare rules, which we show before you book.
